Carrie Schreiner drives for „Konrad Motorsport”

In her rookie year in the GT sports car, the 18-year old Carrie Schreiner starts with Konrad Motorsport at three events of the der Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe.

The first race takes already place from 12th to 14th May in Silverstone, the „British Home of Motorsport“, together with the Blanc Pain Series which is known as the strongest GT Championship worldwide. The highlight will be on the circuit in Spa as a side event of the famous 24-Hours Race on the legendary Ardennes Circuit at the end of July. In the middle of September there will be Carrie’s personal highlight, her home race on the Nürburgring again together with the Blanc Pain series.

“Beside my engagement in the Championship in Asia and Middle East for the FFF Lamborghini Squadra Corse Team, I definitely wanted to drive some races in Europe, too. My new Asian main sponsor T2 APAC has made it possible and provided the additional budget. Franz Konrad is one of the most successful and experienced team managers in the German motorsport scene. His team works very professional what I could experience at a first test in Hockenheim last week. It went on very well and my lap times were okay. I know the Formula 1 track in Silverstone from a two-day test with the British Formula 3 in last year. The 620 PS strong and relatively heavy Lambo everything will be different. Above all the various ultrafast “courage bends” that could be driven without problem with the light F3, are a real challenge now. I’m really looking forward to next week”, says the young girl from the Saarland/Germany.
